Activity Highlights
Art
Creative and expressive outlet encouraging skill development and artistic confidence. Learners participate annually in the Sanlam Art Competition in Term 2.
Chess
Develops strategic thinking, concentration and problem-solving skills. Open to Grades 5–12 with interhouse and interschool competitions.
Dance
Promotes discipline, coordination, teamwork and creative expression. Primary teams have achieved first and second place finishes in competitions.
Public Speaking
Develops confidence, articulation and critical thinking. Interhouse competitions in Term 1 and interschool representation in Term 3.
Spelling Bee
Strengthens language skills, confidence and academic engagement. Primary learners compete at interhouse and interschool levels.
Netball
Competitive league matches against other schools, building teamwork, agility and sportsmanship.
Soccer
Boys' and girls' teams competing in league format against other schools, developing fitness and teamwork.
Athletics
Competitive opportunities for learners to develop speed, endurance and personal discipline.
Touch Rugby
A developing sport within the primary school, supported through interhouse competition.
Softball
Offered in Term 1, developing hand-eye coordination, teamwork and competitive spirit.
Volleyball
